Reintroduction Roadmap™ course!
This food reintroduction course takes the stress and confusion out of reintroducing allergens to see if your child has outgrown their infant food reactions!
I just want to say, I just spent time going over the information in the Reintroduction Roadmap course, and it's absolutely invaluable!

Hi! Have we met yet?
I'm Susanna, the founder of Fed Well Baby, Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and mama to 3 babies that have had food reactions through my breastmilk.
I've gone through the process of trialing foods not only personally with my own children, but with many other families as well.
My own frustration with navigating this process with my own babies led me to create this course after sorting through scientific literature, my real-life coaching experiences helping others reintroduce, and what I know as a certified nutrition consultant.
I created an evidence-based reintroduction course designed to give you answers!
The Reintroduction Roadmap course is designed for busy mamas who just need EASY food options for reintroduction and feel overwhelmed at the idea of reintroducing.
"But what I do now?"
The Reintroduction Roadmap was created as a resource to answer all of the commonly asked questions (that I see time and time again not getting answers in Facebook support groups).
"What is the healthiest dairy for my child?"
It's packed with nutritional guidance to make sure you are reintroducing the types of foods that are going to support your little one's gut and nourish them for life-long eating habits!
"Is this food a pass?!"
The Reintroduction Roadmap walks you step-by-step through each day of trialing a food, and helps you confidently decide whether an allergen is a "pass" or "fail."
You can find dairy ladders online with a quick Google search. You can even find other moms or pediatricians who are willing to give their thoughts on how to reintroduce.
The reality though, is that the USA has NO standardized protocol for reintroducing IgG allergens back to a baby or toddler and pediatricians and allergists are not trained in how to do so. There is a lot of confusion about how many steps are necessary for this process.

The Reintroduction Roadmap is designed for older babies or toddlers who have been free from chronic reactions and are dealing with food sensitivities, gut imbalance issues or IgG allergies.
NOTE: this course is NOT for those who are dealing with severe IgE allergies or FPIES. Please work closely with your allergist.
