Many of us are literally just surviving between the plethora of mucousy poopy diapers, unidentifiable rashes, and babies sleeping on our chests.

Although Instagram posts, Facebook groups and Google searches are useful,

social sites and Google can create overwhelm.

When I think back to what I needed most in the really hard season of strict food restrictions and a very difficult baby, it wasn't globs of content.

It wasn't modules, lessons, or long blog posts. What I needed was something that I could quickly read, practically implement, and applied very specifically to MY situation.

I want to help take away the overwhelm, and challenge your mindset of just surviving this difficult season.

I want to show you how you can thrive on a limited diet, and give you a monthly resource to help you do just that.

I, Susanna, struggled a lot in most of these areas and it took way too much trial and error, learning from others and hours of research to find the answers to thrive in this difficult season.

I hope to save you hours and hours of research with these monthly Thrive Guides!

Thriving with my second food-sensitive baby!

Most of us won't think twice about spending $4-5 dollars on a coffee drink multiple times a month. I'm inviting you to consider how the small investment of subscribing to the monthly Thrive Guide will have a big impact on your mental, emotional and physical health during this season. Having done this breastfeeding diet two times myself, trust me when I say that you need this content as much, if not more, than coffee.

(yes., I know this this is a bold statement to make, my sleep-deprived, coffee loving friend!)

If a Thrive Guide was offered to me 5 years ago,

this is what I would tell myself...

"Don't try and do it all on your own. Save time and mental energy going down Google rabbit holes for this information.  Don't waste so much time scrolling Facebook groups.  Don't hold out hoping your baby will clear up tomorrow and everything will go back to "normal." Accept this reality for the season, jump in 100% and take advantage of resources that will help you thrive.
